How do I use the mobile payment option for the laundry machines?
To use the mobile payment option, download the Laundry Cat app on your smartphone, create an account, and add your preferred payment method. Once at Southern Suds Laundromat, simply select the machine you want to use within the app and swipe up to start the machine. It’s quick, secure, and convenient, eliminating the need for coins or cards.
What types of laundry products do you recommend for use in your machines?
We recommend using high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets for the best results with our machines. HE detergents are specially formulated to produce fewer suds, making them ideal for our high-efficiency washers. You can purchase these products from our vending machines or bring your own.

Our service hours are every day from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last wash at 9:00 PM and doors locking at 10:00 PM. These hours apply all year round, including most holidays. For any changes to our operating hours during special holidays, please check our website or our Facebook page for updates.

Clean Laundry in 3 Easy Steps

Before washing, thoroughly check each garment for stains and remove any items from pockets. Treat stains as needed to ensure they come out in the wash. This step prevents damage to your clothes and the washing machine.
